Thanks to Aunt Lauren and her mad photo skills, we took a day for just the girls! We got Penny all dressed up and let the camera do the work.
Here are some shots from the day. 4 weeks old!
A catalog of stories about Michael and Penny's life. While it may not be the most earth shattering news, at times they can be simply magnificent.

Michael & Penny dare to compare!
Halloween 2012
From pumpkin carving to trick o treating, Halloween this year was such a success!
Who doesnt love candy, pumpkin seeds and of course small children in costumes.....
Clair and Penny eagerly watched their older siblings get ready for the big event. They both were taking it all in.They want to know exactly what to do when their turn comes next year!
Michael and Jane hit the town of Fox River Grove this year, armed with their nothing but their costumes and their cuteness they set off to with one goal. Get as much candy as possible!
They were quite successful! Michael did a great job remembering to say trick or treat and thank you. By the first house he had gotten the concept down and was off running.
After begging for candy we all headed back to Aunt Laurens house for dinner and treats. I know I have said this before but its so awesome that the kids are so close in age. It has opened up another world for my sister and I to share together. ENJOY

Penny's 1st month
Nearly 5 weeks have passed since we brought Penny home. While it took some getting used too, Michael has embraced his new sister. He is willing to help and is very concerned that Penny is "happy" by making sure she has her pacifier if she starts to cry. Just like grown ups, Michael doesn't want to see Penny in any distress.
Its sweet to see them together, as a mom I still cant believe that I have TWO kids. Its so awesome yet it can be so overwhelming at the same time. You have so much love for them! I have been able to take a couple of hours here and there to do things for myself which I have found to be VERY important. You cant be good to anyone if you aren't good to yourself! ENJOY!
