Working Hard and making us proud

The school year is in full swing and I have been doing my best to try to participate in both of the kids classrooms. It's been a struggle fitting in work, but some how I have come out on top! I have been able to be the mystery reader in Michael's classroom and the reading mom in Penny's.

I participated in the 1st grade night out at Windsor and delivered the thanksgiving basket for Penny's class. How cool it is to be involved, I'll soak it up until the day comes when they ask me to stay home!

Penny has been working on many new works this fall. From pumpkin scrubbing, to turkey carving, to building her own barn, she has been busy! How we love NSMS.

Michael is reading at tremendous rate, and has taken off with math, it is clearly his best subject by far. He love science and gym as well, Windsor Wildcats go!

Penny's 4th Birthday

Look who is four! We had a beautiful day to celebrate Penny's fourth birthday.
Pasta, salad, cake and presents were had! The kiddos bounced in the bouncy house, played some soccer and laughed, a lot.  Penny's third year was filled with exploration, dress up, new friends, a few tears, and so many Penny smiles.

She is loving Montessori and simply thriving in the environment. She can write her name, has mastered her tricycle, and boy can she talk!  She tells stories of games played Montessori (take a ppppicutre!) She cares for her babies. She loves hugs. She gobbles up chicken divan. She adores music. She poses for pictures. She sings. She giggles. She frolics. She pitches in. She watches YouTube videos. She hates getting her hair brushed, but tolerates it. She loves her big brother, oh how she looks up to him. She is so many things, but is always Penny. 3 was such fun! Can't wait to see what 4 has in store.

A very happy birthday, my darling Lopey.
