Fall/Winter 2017

The Grove field trip this year was SO special! We pretended to be pioneer children all morning playing games and practicing writing, we got to learn all about the Kennicott Family, visit an old fashioned school house, and a longhouse like the Potawatomi lived in! We made great memories today! Look below to see all of the fun that we had! 

Penny has been working on many new works and enjoying her sledding days. 

Over the winter break we had Josyln come back and spend a week with the kids. They saw movies went swimming and drank a lot of hot chocolate. 

Michael was chosen to participate in the school assembly. It was about how they taught George Washing to be more presidential - quite fitting considering our political environment right now. 

We had a fun NSMS activity - roller skating. The kids had a blast even thought they fell on their bottoms more than once.

Santa came once again to shower the kids with gifts. They are getting so big! Michael got a Nintendo switch and Penny got a LOL baby game that we play, every. single.day.

Michael made a holiday card for his teacher.

We saw Grandma Gorrie for the holidays and had a GREAT celebration!

Marty made his appearance again! That silly Elf!

These two are my world. Simply put they make me a better person.
